Work with Bex to have the antenatal experience that is right for you. There are many options available to increase your confidence and tune into yourself. Help to you to become even more connected as a couple and able to go with the flow. I work with a number of different methods, tools and skill. Using my inner wisdom, intuition and understanding to support you on your journey. I work holistically which means I do not just see one aspect and don’t just look at preparations as a course. I will help you to prepare emotionally, physically and practically to overcome any hurdles along the way. There is not a one size fits all with how I work so although I use the Wise Hippo Blueprint as the bases of my sessions. I can add whatever you need to so that you have the joy back in your pregnancy, birth and parenting journey, as I understand not one couple has the same experience.
Due to it being the off season with the Medieval Siege Society Bex has more capacity than normal so is offering £150 off Weekend Investments until 31st March 2021.
