Week one you learn how to change your beliefs, how to unpick any fear you may have, understand your mind and body connection, how to defuse the negative impact of others and take charge of your thoughts. Week two you learn how to become ultimately relaxed, positions for relaxation, breathing techniques, self-hypnosis, how to work with your birth partner through anchoring and the birth partner script. This is a very hands on session with full involvement between yourself and your birthing partner.
Week three is a very special session where you look at your birth planning, environment, prenatal bonding, natural birth and medical interventions for birth, physical take home to help prepare for birth, The ideal position for your baby and the most amazing fear release session.
Week four you learn the soothing strokes and the power of positive touch, positions for birth, birth humming, Birth partners role, when the baby arrives and other practical tools for birth and so that your birth partner knows what your every wish is so that they can be the true ‘protector of your birthing environment’
