Parenting Classes to reconnect with your children

Parenting Classes to reconnect with your children has been designed especially with a parent who has had a period separated from their children for a number of reasons but has been asked to attend a parenting class before they can regain access to their child through supervised access.

This course is suitable for you if;

  • You have a court order to attend parenting classes
  • Your Health Visitor or School Nurse has recommended you attend parenting classes
  • Your Social Worker has recommended you attend parenting classes
  • Your CASSCAFF officer has recommended you attend parenting classes

Parenting classes to reconnect with your children included 6 topics which are covered over 90-minute sessions with reflection homework

The sessions covered in Parenting classes to reconnect with your children are;

  1. Promoting child’s wellbeing
  2. Play and what a child needs
  3. Communication with your child
  4. Understanding Behaviour
  5. Managing & promoting positive behaviour in your family unit
  6. Setting limits, boundaries and promoting co-operation

These sessions can be done in a number of ways;

  1. Zoom interactive online sessions at an investment of £375 for group and £600 for Private and no extra cost for the venue
  2. Group sessions with at least another parent at an investment of £375 and an additional cost of between £60-120 dependant on venue booked and numbers attending.
  3. Private Sessions at an investment of £600 with the additional cost of between £120-240 dependant on venue booked. I am happy to meet in a public space such as a library or coffee shop for free if you are comfortable with discussing your circumstance in such environment.

On completion of the course and reflective homework, you will be given and a sent an electronic certificate to confirm you have completed a 12-hour parenting programme with listing the topics covered.
